This script restores the tag cloud (illustration or novel tags column) and brings those tags to the top of the tag cloud. If said tags are not in the tag cloud, this script gets them from the author's tag list page.
I made this script based on the inspiration I got from pixiv_add_user_tag_page_links (Distribution has ended). Icon used in the userscripts management screen is taken from TMZ.
