Display all manga images automatically: no need to click the medium image.
Works with the new pixiv layout (as of 2018-06).
There's an option in the code to make images fit to screen width AND height. It is disabled by default.
And an option to load the original images (slower but hi-res). It is enabled by default.
Tested on Firefox with Tampermonkey only. Let me know if there are bugs on Chrome or Greasemonkey.
