The script deletes all content on the homepage (recommendations and subscriptions), the related videos & autoplay/up next section on the watch page and the videowall of recommendations that shows up when a video is finished playing. For your convenience it also auto-focuses the search bar on the home page when the homepage feed is deleted. Items to delete can be disabled, enabled, added, and removed as you wish, and the auto-focus for the search bar can be disabled.
