This script is currently focused specifically on Twitch Auto Drops Claim, with the main goal of automatically claiming Drops rewards for users. It's not intended to optimize or modify the overall Twitch experience.

The features you mentioned—fixing that extension and adding a deremover—seem to fall into a different category of tools, and would likely be better suited for a separate project.
