Adds extra links to Steam Profile pages.

Adds a box of link to the right column of a Steam profile (directly under the online status). These links include SteamRep, backpacks, trading services and extra Steam links. The Steam ID of the profile is also displayed.

Tested and working on: Firefox (with greasemonkey) and Chrome (with tampermonkey)
