Monitors the transfer market for players from a specific country

This userscript will alert you if a player from a specific country is put on the transfer market. It is mostly useful for countries with few players on the market.
You can change the country being monitored in the transfer market page (there will be a clickable flag near the filters).
It can take up to 6 hours for the alert to show up (this can be changed in the code via CONFIG.CHECK_INTERVAL_HOURS).
