Set playback speed for Read Aloud on ChatGPT.com. Clicking the speed display opens a settings menu to save the default playback speed and toggle additional UI tweaks. Additionally, adds color-coded icons for copy, thumbs up, thumbs down, edit, read aloud, and stop buttons. Highlight color for strong text is green in dark mode and violet in light mode.

This script integrates intuitive playback speed controls into the chatbox interface. Clicking the speed display opens a settings menu to set a preferred default playback speed and to toggle additional UI tweaks. Additionally, the icons below Chat's responses are color-coded, and bold text is highlighted for clarity.
