Usage

Keyboard Shortcuts

  • Ctrl + Shift + A – Open/close settings panel
  • Ctrl + Shift + S – Toggle statistics display


Settings


Access the settings panel using Ctrl + Shift + A or wait for the script to initialize. Available options:

  • Auto-unmute after ads – Automatically restore audio after ads.
  • Speed up ads (16x) – Fast-forward through ads (experimental).
  • Show statistics – Display ad blocking statistics.
  • Show notifications – Show toast notifications when ads are skipped.
  • Debug mode – Enable console logging for troubleshooting.


Troubleshooting

If ads are not being skipped:

  1. Enable Debug mode in settings.
  2. Open browser console (F12).
  3. Look for [Ad Skipper] log messages.
  4. Check if the video element is detected.
  5. Verify ad detection indicators.
