Torn Christmas Town Helper

A Tampermonkey userscript to make exploring Christmas Town easier and more enjoyable.

Features

🏃 Auto-Run Movement

  • Click anywhere on the circular map to start auto-running in that direction
  • Click again to stop
  • No more holding down the mouse button or repeatedly clicking!
  • Automatically stops when you switch browser tabs

🎯 Item Arrow Indicator

  • A green arrow appears in the center of the map pointing toward the nearest collectible
  • Shows approximate distance in tiles
  • Stays visible until you pick up the item
  • Toggle with [P] key

✨ Item Highlighting

  • Collectibles on the map get a glowing highlight effect
  • Makes items easier to spot
  • Toggle with [H] key

🔔 Sound Notifications

  • Plays a chime when a new item appears on the map
  • Adjustable volume slider
  • Disabled by default, toggle with [M] key

📍 Moveable Panel

  • Click the 2x2 grid in the top-right corner of the panel to reposition it
  • Choose from any of the four screen corners: top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right
  • Selected corner is highlighted green
  • Position is saved between sessions

💾 Persistent Settings

  • All your preferences are saved and remembered between sessions
  • Sound on/off, volume level, arrow, and highlights all persist

Usage

  1. Navigate to Christmas Town in Torn
  2. The helper panel appears in the top-right corner showing status and controls
  3. Click on the map area to start auto-running in that direction
  4. Use keyboard shortcuts to toggle features on/off
  5. Adjust volume with the slider next to [M] Sound
