Change font, size, width.. + estimated reading time + full screen mode + bookmarks: save the position you stopped reading a fic

*If you wish to change the default's values, change the Options in the script's code (on lines 145-152).
You can also change the font-color and the background-color in the Options.
NB. The estimated reading time is calculated based on the 200 words per minute reading average (you can change it on line 122).
▴ Bookmarks:
You can save the reading position for later (only in full screen).
To continue reading from a bookmark, click the fic you want to continue on the bookmarks menu on top, then click on the "Full Screen ▣" and finally "Go to Bookmark".
IMPORTANT! The bookmarks are the position of the scrollbar when you click on "set bookmark". They are saved in percent, so if you change the font, size, width... they won't be totally wrong. But if you set a bookmark on the "entire work" of a still ongoing fic, it's going to be saved in pixels, 'cause if a new chapter is added the percent is going to be totally wrong, but the bookmark is going to be wrong in pixels if you change the font etc... so, advice: save the bookmark on chapters, not on the entire work of a fic, also if it's completed (less text, more accuracy if you change font etc).
If you want to delete all the bookmarks saved: (on chrome) press Ctrl-Maiusc-I, then click on Resources > on the triangle of the Local Storage > archiveofourown.org > right click "ficstyle_bookmarks" > delete, then refresh the page. (Probably I'm going to add a button for this.)
▴ Summary and notes are hidden, to show them just click on them, and to hide them click on them again or on the notes text.
