Removes the round yellow faces from Picarto.tv chats and replaces them with their text-based friends. Still allows for the MiMi Smilies and any other custom emoticons.

Also enables the Memes that were disabled. :meme1: through :meme5:
Maybe not. I'll have to fix that later.
