Mount Olympus is a dependency library that centralizes the functions and operation of all Olympian scripts. It is a required install if you use any scripts in the Olympian Suite, though there is no need to fiddle with script execution order or anything else. The Olympian Suite handles all of this for you.
If you installed one of the Olympian scripts and can't seem to notice anything different, then it is likely due to Mount Olympus not being installed (though check your browser's console just in case).
