Updated jquery and listjs to latest.
Added timer, approximate shows how much time required to fetch all fanfics.
Added requestDelay(5000), you can change to fetch faster but default 5 second like robots.txt crawl-delay says.(Editing script)
Support crossovers.
Huge optimization! Tried 11k fandom and script did not freeze browser when clicked to "Search fanfics", still not recommend using with huge fandoms.
A lot of bug fixed and general clean up.
