Fix the background color of the options menu, which remained white even when the user changed the theme.

I Rewritted the whole code with TypeScript and added several things:

• Added a settings menu (click on the bar to open it)
• Added themes including a colorblind theme
• Added an loading animation (can be disabled in settings)
• Added a RYM dark modes compatibility

- Updated rating bar distribution
