Since the previous script doesn't work for the new MangaDex version I had to make a new one.
For now, this script does the following:
1) Keep track of your followed series, saving the last one you read and suggest the next one to read based on that. If a series haven't a last chapter read saved, it will consider the earliest chapter available as the next one to read. If for whatever reason you didn't read a new chapter from a series from your feed, it will keep a link to that next chapter and even when there's a newer chapter it will suggest the unread chapter as the next to read.
2) On the feed page, it groups together all chapters from a series instead of scattering them by their upload date and apart from that puts the unread chapters at the top (except for when there's unread chapters that are lower than the last one saved as read)
3) The series lists are now on https://mangadex.org/user/me, so to register all of your list you have to go there and click the "Follows" tab, after it loads there should appear a "FILL" button, once you click it it'll start loading all the series in your different list, this could take a couple of minutes (for reference, I have around 1500 series over all and it took almost 4 minutes to load everything). You can then download it as csv (with only tab as separator and no string delimiter) or json (to have a backup for the script)
