Aternos' developers are keeping an eye on AntiAntiAdblock scripts. If the userscript doesn't work, please make an issue to my GitHub, other than negative feedback. They are quite quick to patch the script when active. (I could fix the script and 10 minutes later it's patched.) I'm not trying to make this my full time job, so I can't promise any constant updates.
Before making an issue, please try to run the script on Chromium, using Violentmonkey.
