Usage:
1. Open any [redacted] with BW Viewer
2. Resize screen so no margin is left on either side of the page, this will ensure the downloaded image need no cropping
3. Optional: Disable 'ask where to store downloaded file' setting if possible
4. Go to the page you want to download, enable script, and refresh
5. Wait for download to finish
