现在的浏览器少有一键生成网页url/快捷方式的功能，不便于本地管理收藏链接。这个脚本可以一键获取网页标签+当前年月日，生成url文件,并下载到本地。
使用方法：快捷键Alt + x。
注意：Chrome、Firefox浏览器测试使用正常，Microsoft edge浏览器下载有时会拦截，需要手动确认保留。
Current browsers lack the function of generating web page urls/shortcuts with one click, which is not convenient for local management of favorite links. This script can get the webpage label + current year, month and day with one click, generate a url file, and download it locally.
How to use: shortcut key Alt + x.
Note: Chrome and Firefox browsers are tested and used normally, and Microsoft edge browser downloads are sometimes blocked, and manual confirmation is required.
