Replace tapping exercises with full-sentence typing

Duolingo's tapping exercises aren't great: Instead of fully translating/transcribing sentences on your own, the tapping method pre-solves half of the exercise for you. This limits the overall learning effectiveness. (Fast typers may also find the tapping overly disruptive.)
This script replaces all of Duolingo's tappable word lists with text fields. The exercises themselves are not changed, but they will be more challenging since you'll now be pushed more to learn vocabulary. Be warned that Duolingo may be slightly more selective about accepted answers.
NOT COMPATIBLE WITH GREASEMONKEY. Only Violentmonkey/Tampermonkey are supported.
