What is "license bug"?
Because of unpatched bug in years, offers on the market are grouped on domestic and foreign, depending on the price, vat and import tax. Sometimes domestic are in front, sometimes foreign offers are first, allowing your to hit the first page and be bought in preference to others.
Such markets are marked with green color.
This extra is a little bit slow, because it look up every citizen's origin.
