Adds tier labels (S+, S, A, B, C, D, and F) next to scores displayed on profiles and title pages. For user scores, this is currently only compatible with the 10 Point Decimal and 10 Point scoring systems.

D: 4.1 - 5.4

Known Issues
May cause the site to load slightly slower.
Not compatible with 100 Point, 5 Star, or 3 Point Smiley scoring systems.
