Switch to WazeToastr for alerts and update monitor

Replaced WazeWrap with WazeToastr for alert and update monitor functionality to temporarily fix issues with alerts not displaying properly. Updated @require metadata, variable names, and related logic to use WazeToastr. Minor code cleanup and version bump to 2025.12.27.01.

• Fix button now correctly updates only changed street names using WME SDK
• Preserve city names when updating street names
• Implement granular updates for alternate street names
