The 2026 definitive upgrade to the original GeoGuessr Path Logger.



What is this?

This is Path Logger Plus. It is a modern overhaul that adds support for Duels, fixes bugs, adds gradients, and lets you fully customize how your lines look.

New Features

  • 🏆 Full Duels and Team-Duels Support: You can now finally track your path in duels, improving the post-game review. No other script handles the hidden lobby IDs correctly.
  • 📐 RDP Smoothing: No more zig-zags. Lines now follow the road with precision, keeping intersections sharp while smoothing noise.
  • 🌈 Custom Gradients: Color your path based on time elapsed. Your route transitions from Green (Start) to Red (End) so you can see exactly where you traveled.
  • ⚙️ Settings UI: Tweak everything about your line. Thickness, colors, and presets, directly from a menu in the GeoGuessr header.
  • 💾 Improved Storage: Uses a smart FIFO system that manages your browser memory automatically so it never crashes your LocalStorage.

🛠️ How to Install

  1. Disable the original "GeoGuessr Path Logger" script in Tampermonkey if you have it installed.
  2. Ensure you have Developer Mode enabled in your browser's extension settings (usually under Extensions -> Developer Mode Toggle).
  3. Click the Install button on this page.
  4. Refresh GeoGuessr and look for the 'Route' icon in the top right, near the search bar. Click it to customize your settings!
