phpBB: view user's posts and topics; cleans (tab) titles; removes ads and hidden metadata.

phpBB forum helper script, does the following:
- Adds shortcut links to view all user's posts and topics. Works even without logging in, on forums which allow anon access to search.
- Cleans/shortens (tab) titles. Similar to my Title Manager, but already predefined for many phpBB forums.

- Removes ads and some hidden metadata.
- Adds a favicon to custombuttons.sourceforge.net, because it doesn't have one.
