That .ytd-item-section-renderer was incorect. In YouTube, all "section" related elements is a container of one or more "items" (whatever type that is).
As it was discussed in below thread, it was due to YouTube A-B or A-B-C testings; which is still being in the work.

Can be: reverted to either 64 version or added part of code to line 113:
