Thank you for the verifications.
Could you give the collection link just to be sure that it also work on my side ?
I checked the mod "Eli Display Shelves" and there is nothing wrong on the page that would break the script.
Without being able to reproduce the bug I can't give you any help aside of the basic : logout on nexusmods and re login, restart your browser, clear your cookies for nexus mods, clear the caches...
Yep I dont have any issue... Which browser are you using ? I am using Brave
using edge, maybe i tried brave
same issue here. I took a look at the console, and for each attempt to download a mod, the console spits out the following:
Content-Security-Policy: (Report-Only policy) The page’s settings would block the loading of a resource (connect-src) at [insert mod link here]&nmm=1 because it violates the following directive: “connect-src 'none'”
I use firefox. Attemping to use chrome also causes the same issue.

I tried with Firefox and it also worked. Maybe you are not connected on Nexus ?

I am logged in if that's what you mean. I tried to clear the cache, cookies, log out and log in. I even tried switching between tampermonkey forks with no success.
Trying out Brave didn't work either. Makes me wonder whether it's a region based issue.
On the download site it was successful, but in the mod manager the status is 'fetching'. I waited for a long time and it still remained on fetching. using brave
I dont think it is an issue related to my script. You dont seem to be using Vortex so I dont know. Try adding one mod of the collection manualy and see if the issue is the same, if so it is not related to this script.
@DrShonfos I managed to reproduce your issue by changing my browser security settings.
If you are using strict use Standard instead and it should work
That didn't help sadly. My settings have already been set to standard. The error messages also disappeared after I switched from tampermonkey to violentmonkey.
@DrShongos, I deleted my previous message because I confused the error messages I saw with the ones you provided initially, which are not the same.
I don’t believe this is a region-based issue, as I’m from the EU, where security and privacy laws are quite strict.
To be honest, I’m a bit tired with troubleshooting issues that seem unrelated to the script itself but rather to the user’s environment (browser, Tampermonkey, etc.). I’ve tested the script with Brave, Firefox, and Chrome, using both Tampermonkey and Violentmonkey, and everything works perfectly on my end. Unfortunately, for some reason, it doesn’t work for a few people, and it’s likely an issue with your setup. I’m sorry, but I can’t assist further.
I am in the United States, I use Brave, I have verified that I am on version 0.9.8 of the script. The script worked flawlessly from when I got it on September 2nd until late September 3rd. I don't remember using it September 4th but I might have. I am now unable to download and I get the same complaint that it failed to get the download link. If there is any information you would like me to check for you on my end for the script, let me know. I don't know anything about coding (save for json file editing but you really can't mess that up), but with a little bit of direction I am sure I can find any info from logs or Browser settings you might need.

Edit: I use vortex for the downloads I have also attached a screenshot of the errors that appear in the Inspect console. I also forgot to mention that I have logged out then back in to both the Nexus site and Vortex.
Hi, none of the errors visible in your console log are related to this script. In the right part of each log, you can see what the log pertains to. If they were related to this script, they would include "userscript.html?name..." as seen in logs like "Download started" or "[01/55] Failed to get the link."
Let's try debugging on your end since I can't reproduce the issue on my side.
Please follow these steps:
Warning: The logs may contain your username and user ID. If you prefer to keep this information private, please redact the HTML by replacing any instances of your username and ID with "XXX" before sharing.
got the same error as op on this collection https://www.nexusmods.com/games/baldursgate3/collections/pns4qv/mods
tried both brave and firefox but same error
I provided instructions in my previous comment to help me understand your issue (which, I repeat, is NOT related to the script but to something on your end).
Correction to my previous message: none of the steps are required. When a download fails, you’ll see a button with a clipboard icon next to the failed download. Simply click this button to copy the HTML response and share it here or via a Pastebin link.
Oh, I see!
It looks like Nexus Mods is rolling out their new website version progressively, and that's what's causing the issue since I updated my script to work with the new version.
As I mentioned, using version 0.9.6 of the script should fix your issue for now. However, I'll update the script to include a check that works for both versions.
Thanks again, Green Gaze! :)
