Blocks Twitch.tv ads with Grok’s power

So far it is working great. I did notice it doesn't play nice with certain adblockers. I had to disable AdGuard Extra, which until just recently had been successfully blocking ads on Twitch. But I'm assuming they figured out a way to defeat it.
