[note that this script works on both the Safety Deposit Box and the Closet, but for simplicity only the SDB is mentioned below]

This is a companion script to itemdb's itemdb - Safety Deposit Box Pricer script, but WILL still work without it. If that script is not present, this script will replicate its functionality.

When this script sees an item in your SDB for the first time, or notices you putting a new item in your SDB from your inventory or quick stock page, it will remember the price of that item. It will then display that original price, as well as the change in price, from then on.

So, for example, say you have a stamp that's currently priced at 2,000,000 NP, and you can't remember if it was originally worth 200,000 NP or 20,000,000 NP. This script will tell you, and tell you how much the price has increased or decreased.

You can right click on the saved price to reset it to the current price, or set a custom price.

Limitations:

  • The script only tracks the price of items it has actually seen. So when the script is first installed, it's recommended you load up every page of your SDB to save all initial prices. Items which are added to your SDB from your inventory or quick stock page WILL be noticed and logged by the script.
  • When items are removed from your SDB entirely, their pricing information is (intentionally) not forgotten by the script, so if those items are later re-added to your SDB, they will still display the original price from the very first time the script encountered them, rather than the new initial price. As a workaround to this, you can right click on the saved price, and a custom context menu will offer you the option to set or reset the price of that specific item.
