Multilingual youtube support

Current version of the script supports only youtube with display language set to English. This is because script checks only for English text: "Video paused. Continue watching?".

I pretty much don't know any JavaScript, but I think you could either simply replace the English text with the German one. If you want it to work on both languages simultaneously, you could put both into the if-statement with the or operator (which should be: || ).
