I guess I should also include https://mangadex.org/manga, even though the chance of it being used there is slim.
Pretty sure it's a legacy thing, but something must still link to them since they show up every now and again. Maybe it's search engines
Does not work on pages when /manga/ is used in place of /title/
Currently you need to change the url to activate the userscript. Just adding
// @match https://mangadex.org/manga/*works to fix it
