Works fine, would love to see more the ability to read more comments

Currently, I noticed that user can only read the latest page of manga's comment that the series on MD has. An ability to read older pages from the current screen and the ability to post comments would be even better to this script.

Both of your requests, read more comments and post comments, are more fit to do in their respective page in my opinion. They requires more screen estate to be able to function properly and comfortably, and so I think it's better not to cram them into the already-not-so-spacious sidebar. This script I intended to give a quick glance into the comments, not for heavy duty stuff like that. But thank you for taking your time offering suggestions, I appreciate it.
