In the code specify:

But it still leaves English

I forgot to clarify. I used Microsoft Edge, it has "Clarity Boost". Tried to put in Chrome, Russian appeared, but not in all games. In halo, there is the Russian language, but in fallout 4 has not changed, remained English. Although if I run fallout through the Xbox application is the Russian language
