Good day! Mr. ElectroKnight22, i hope this message finds you, can you write a script for "Disable Ambient Mode" (the value is off as default and can be save thru localstorage(just like youtube hd premium), so that everytime i open my browser, the ambient mode is always off), i can't find working script as of today. it really annoys me so much. Thank you in advance

Hello Dr. Ishigami Senku, the value for the ambient mode setting is already saved to your browser cookies by default as a YouTube native feature. If you are blocking cookies then a script that saves to localStorage would also not work, and if you are not blocking cookies then the settings should be saved already. YouTube also does not seem to expose the ambient mode setting in their API, meaning this script would be technically annoying to make and have unideal UX. There is a reason why no one has made a script like that yet.
