Can you please a do fresh reinstall of tampermonkey and the script, and make sure you have no other extensions running on youtube, especially UBlock.
Removed Tampermonkey, cleared cookies, and cache. Restarted my computer. Reinstalled clean copy of Tampermonkey, downloaded your script. Still gives me the black screen of death. (no other scripts running)
