Thanks for the feedback! The new version (v1.4.5) has just been released, and disliked works are now collapsed to make browsing easier. For now, it’s not interactive, so you can’t "unwrap" them, and adding a reason for the dislike isn’t possible yet.
These features are on the backlog and will be added in a future update.

Love the script, so handy to keep track of fics when you are dipping in and out of multiple fandoms.
Two features I would suggest if possible, could a disliked fic be collapsed to just see the fic name and author just to make scrolling quicker and the visual indicator more prominent.
When I dislike a fic I tend to forget why I disliked it, whether it be a formatting choice I'm not a fan of or even just it being a POV I don't read, so I end up clicking into some out of curiosity if I don't immediately remember the name. The ability to add a wee blurb to a disliked fic just as a reminder of why would be very handy.
