GPU acceleration is often nice. But you must pay close attention to Flash if you use GPU acceleration. Forcing GPU acceleration can cause game glitches and bad graphics performance.
If Flash is slow, download uninstall_flash_player.exe from Adobe. Uninstall Flash. Uninstall all Java's. (Flash is made with Java.) Now install only newest Java. Now newest Flash. If you still have problems, then do something drastic like GM force GPU acceleration.
